How to Apply Dr. Klein's Spray Formula Video

1. Shake bottle prior to application.
2. Apply only to dry hair.
3. Apply 4 times a day (morning, noon, afternoon, and bedtime, every 4-5 hours.)
4. Apply 6-10 sprays directly to the hair from a distance of 8-10 inches and
do not rub or massage in.
5. If you prefer you may use the included medicine dropper 1 full dropper 4X a day to the affected areas. FOAM USERS PLEASE SHAKE FOAM WELL BEFORE USING.
If you experience any irritation or burning of the scalp, you may be using the spray too close to the scalp. If irritation persists for more then 3 days, please call

If during your treatment with REMOX™ you develop any other medical problems, you must contact Dr. Klein within 12-24 hours.
It has been our experience that the best results have been obtained by application of REMOX™ four times a day. Therefore, we recommend the use of either REMOX™ I, III, & IV spray (4-6 sprays from a distance of 8 inches or more), separately, every 5-6 hours, in between the applications of REMOX™ 12.5% or REMOX™ 15% lotion.
REMOX™ II formula (12.5% MINOXIDIL):
Is to be applied once or twice a day along with application either spray or foam 2 times a day, preferably at bedtime and in morning. REMOX™ II is totally water soluble and easily absorbed. Apply quarter size amount all over the scalp. If you are using just in particular areas, apply a dime sized amount. Place in palm of hand and rub gently into scalp where you want the hair to grow with fingers of other hand. It does not need to be rubbed in vigorously.
(Usage rate for 2 month supply is at one pump per day at 1 ml for a total of 60 ml. If you use more than 1 ml per day the supply will shift according to your usage rate.)
CAUTION: PROMOX™ Users- PROMOX™ is to be used by men only or post menopausal women. Women of child-bearing age who are or may be potentially pregnant should not use PROMOX™.
REMOX™ III & IV LOTION

The REMOX™ III Lotion (15% Minoxidil, .025% Tretinoine, 0.1% Hydrocortisone, & 1.5% Azelaic Acid) And the REMOX™ IV Lotion (15% Minoxidil, .025%Tretinoine, 0.1% Hydrocortisone, 1.5% Azeliac Acid, & 0.25% Progesterone) is to be applied the same way as directed above for REMOX™ II. REMOX™ III & IV LOTION MUST BE USED IN CONJUCTION WITH EITHER REMOX™ I, III, & IV SPRAY (unless otherwise directed).
Spironolactone:
Spironolactone is applied separately after REMOX™ lotion. First apply the REMOX™ formula, then wait several minutes until dry and absorbed and then apply a small amount of Spironolactone lotion on top of the REMOX™ with your finger tips.
Periodic office examinations are very important. If you cannot come into the office, please take some good photos of the top and front of your head before you begin the treatment and thereafter every three months. This is to see the results objectively and report future progress reports to our office.
NO MEDICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT PRE-AUTHORIZATION FROM OUR OFFICE.
